In Conversation with Pati Jinich | Chef Pati Jinich, star of 3 times James Beard Award Winning series, Pati's Mexican Table, takes the stage to share how she's honoring her Hispanic heritage. From her favorite recipes to the joy of passing down family traditions from one generation to the next, Pati Jinich will share how she stays connected to her Mexican roots.

Xenia Zee

Born and raised in NYC, Chef Zee is a first-generation American whose parents emigrated from Cuba and The Dominican Republic. She’s learned to cook from her grandmother who always taught her to put flavor above all else. When her grandmother passed away, Chef Zee dedicated herself to teaching others how to make authentic Dominican and Cuban dishes. Many of her creations have a Caribbean-Hispanic flare with vibrant flavors that will have you coming back for more! Each week she shares her tasty creations with her audience on YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok and more. Her easy to follow recipes and video tutorials inspire newbie and experienced cooks to get in the kitchen and create delicious magic that they can share with their own friends and family. Chef Zee always says, “come hungry and leave inspired! You’ll be the go-to chef in your family in no time!” Buen Provecho!

Dalina Soto

Dalina Soto MA, RD, LDN is a Spanish speaking registered dietitian. Dalina works as one of the few Spanish speaking RDs in the Philadelphia area and virtually across the country, teaching her clients how to ditch the diet mentality and keep their culture alive. 

Pati Jinich

Pati Jinich is the James Beard Award-winning Mexican chef who has dedicated her career to building a shared understanding between her two neighboring home countries: Mexico, where she was born, and the United States, where she lives currently and is raising her family. She’s the executive producer and host of the Emmy-nominated PBS series Pati’s Mexican Table, which has brought Mexican flavors, colors and textures into American homes and kitchens for more than 10 years, as Pati takes viewers through the diverse geographic regions of the country. Pati is also the executive producer and host of La Frontera, her PBS Primetime special, which uses food as a vehicle to showcase the vibrant people and culture along the largely misunderstood and misrepresented US-Mexico border.

Eugenia Richman

Eugenia Miranda Richman is Editor in Chief of SheKnows.com, SHE Media’s flagship lifestyle site and premier destination for moms. Prior to joining SHE in February 2020, she served as the Digital Director of Penske Media sister site Footwearnews.com. In her 15+ years in journalism, Eugenia has served a female audience at Café Media and xoJane.com in leadership roles, as well as at legacy brands Vogue and InStyle. She’s also written for Marie Claire, Glamour, Billboardand many more publications and won an award for Best Political Reporting from the National Association of Hispanic Publications. Eugenia earned a BA in journalism and a BA in Latin American history from the University of Maryland, College Park, and an MA from the City University of New York. She resides in Manhattan with her husband Eric and daughter Delfina.
